My son Mohammd Farris Aryan was admitted at Assunta Hospital on 6th July 2023 due to Phenumonia. He has been placed in Sang Kancil Ward room number 3310. He under care of Dr Mary. All staffs in sang kancil ward shows a friendly and welcoming attitude towards us. They care and loves my kid with all their heart. Their Sister, Senior Incharge Nurse and Clinical Educator Nurse were very humble and supportive. From the very beginning (ER) staffs and Dr, admission staffs, porter boy and sang kancil ward staffs were very polite and respectful. Their smiles always wore on their faces. Dr Mary such a humble and skillful Doctor. I’m glad that she took care of my son. All my questions, Dr Mary answered and left me with satisfaction. I noticed that medication has been use in Assunta Hospital mostly suitable to my kid and high standards. Last but not least, kitchen staff- kak Yati also been so nice to my son. She loves to play with him and gave a chocolates as well. Varieties of food on your choice also suits my son. Due to high fever, he has lost his appetite. Luckily kitchen serves a kids meals that catch kids eyes. Billing staffs and Pharmacy also handle all their task in timely manner. Frankly speaking, I’m not regret to be a loyal customer to Assunta Hospital even though I need to travel far away from Kajang to PJ just to seek medical attention. Assunta is our family heart and choice.

We had another wonderful experience at for the birth of our baby! This is my wife’s 3rd delivery here, and once again it was smooth and without any complications. The delivery suite was comfortable and well-prepared, giving us great peace of mind. A big thank you to Dr Ragu, our gynae, for his professionalism and reassurance throughout, and to Dr Mary our paediatric for taking great care of our baby. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very experienced—they explained everything clearly, which really helped us feel calm and confident. My wife is now resting comfortably at the Lavender Ward, and the care there has been excellent as well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a safe and supportive delivery experience!

Thank You so much Dr Mary, physio Susila & Nurses & Doc at Emergency, Nurses at Wad Sang Kancil for treating my third son Muhammad Miqdad 1yr 3months very well until he recovers his lung from pneumonia. For almost 7 days (4 days in HDU and 2-3 days in normal Wad). We love you all.

My deepest gratitude to this amazing hospital. The hospital might look dated compared to all the fancy hospitals out there, but I can confidently say from doctors to nurses, this hospital is dedicated in helping their patients. We have had great experiences especially with OBGYN DR.NIRAJ my all time favourite person, Pediatrician Dr.MARY, ENT DR.SOMA and NEUROLOGIST DR.NEO. Recently my dad was diagnosed with Parkinsons after years of being misdiagnosed for spinal stenosis. We have been to countless hospitals, done countless medical screening and not one doctor had suspected Parkinsons. But always trying to do more tests with no answers and even suggested a spine surgery. Words can't describe how grateful we are to have found Neurologist Dr.Neo in Assunta. He has been so patient and kind in accessing and treating my dad. Our journey just started but I have my full trust in Dr.Neo. It goes back to this, the doctors in Assunta are extremely skillful, talented and 100% patient driven and committed in giving the best treatment. Not one doctor we have seen have rushed their treatment nor consultation. Not only are they empathetic to their patients but have been extremely kind to the family members as well. Something I find rare. A special thanks to the amazing staff nurses (Nurse Nerha, Nurse Louis, Nurse Chong Kaeni and Nurse Huda) from Melati ward for being so patient and kind. You guys are amazing.
