I delivered my first baby here under the care of Obstetrician & Gynecologist Dr. Wong Yen Shi. The doctor's bedside manner was excellent. Appointments on Saturdays are fully booked, so remember to book two weeks in advance. The nurses will help you adjust your next appointment. I really love their Sunway Velocity app! It sends SMS reminders for upcoming appointments. Rescheduling can be done online, which is very convenient and avoids the traditional method of going to the counter or making phone calls. My first visit was for the glucose tolerance test, and I was quite nervous, fearing I wouldn't pass. I was trembling beforehand, but the doctors and nurses here are very friendly and kindly explained every small detail and process, including blood draws, urine tests, and important things to note. Actually, the glucose tolerance test isn't as scary as rumored; it depends on the place and environment. During labor, a kettle with room-temperature water was provided, which was very thoughtful! There's a 24-hour Family Mart downstairs for late-night cravings or daily necessities. A benefit of delivering here is not needing to pack too much for the hospital bag; they provide toiletries and even a hairdryer, allowing you to shower and prepare for delivery. This time, I opted for an epidural because the contractions were very painful, and I couldn't bear it. The doctor professionally explained the procedure and the consent form we had to sign. I highly recommend it! The process was less arduous and smoother. After delivery, we saw the pediatrician, the renowned Dr. Chew Bee Bee. Every visit with the baby is very efficient; we quickly understand the issue and the solution. If I have a second child, I will choose to deliver here again!

My 3 months+ old baby was admitted due to RSV. His paediatrician (Dr. Chew Bee Bee), ALL the nurses & physiotherapists and assistants (especially Jia Yee, Faiz, Jiji & Natasha) provide their professional treatment, care and love towards my baby throughtout the 9 days of our hospital stay. Kudos to the staff team 😄 Sunway Velocity Medical Centre is always our top pick hospital.

Top notch services, very helpful doctor from the A&E department and Dr.Chew Bee Bee has been very helpful and update us regarding baby status even when she is not around.
