2nd time entering kpj pasir gudang under the care of Dr Nor Aizal. Honestly I really like dr aizal. He explained my condition and explained to me every time I had a question. Very friendly and patient-friendly doctor. No awkward chatting with dr aizal. Sporting! I also like the environment ( muslim friendly) the atmosphere here is quite calm. gives patients a good place to rest. The food is also delicious with a variety of choices to choose from. Not to forget the Customer Service department which ensures that the food is served to patients in perfect condition. Apart from that, they are very friendly and always ready to provide professional assistance. I would like to thank the entire Diamond Ward 8 team for the care given throughout my treatment here. The nurses here are the best. 10 star service Overall, it is a great service shown by all the staff here. The best is the clean room The toilet is also clean and does not smell bad. Finally.. Thank you very much to Dr. Aizal and Dr. Cheong. I give it 10 stars!!

Super awesome service by KPJ Pasir Gudang especially treatment by doctor. Have good treatment under Dr. NOR AIZAL. She's very good & particular doctor when diagnose the illness. I'm getting cure from Dengue Hemorrhagic. Alhamdulilah..

The single room ward was extremely comfortable, offering a peaceful and private environment that truly supported my recovery. All the staff I encountered were professional, kind, and welcoming. On top of that, the food provided was delicious and nutritious — a rare combination in hospital settings. Overall, KPJ Pasir Gudang exceeded my expectations in every aspect.
