Done my treatment here on 21/2/2023. Thanks to professional specialist Dr. Khor Tze Wei for the treatment with knowledge, available buggy service if park very far, the surgery staff very polite, good facilities, and very helpful nurses. The front desk is not very polite and not approachable when ask, and first timer doesn't know where to go. Can improve more on customer service, giving clear instructions, especially at the front reception to be approachable, and busiest billing department. Btw, I'm satisfied patients and customers.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Khor Tze Wei, the Urologist that treats my kidney stones. I had a Ureteroscopy procedure scheduled on January 16. He is the epitome of a great doctor- calm demeanour, always has compassion and clear on his explanation. Thank you for making my experience bearable with your highest integrity and skills! The registration personnel on his clinic are pleasant and highly efficient. From consultation to admissions I do not have to wait long at all. Thank you Dr. Khor and all the nurses and staff in Borneo Medical Centre, we are lucky to have such facility exist in Kuching that allowed patient to be seen and treated with utmost respect. Cons: Although CT Scan area is a bit of waiting but that is understandable.

My 77 yr old mum just had major open combined gynaecological & urological surgery at BMC. I was impressed at how quickly her scans and tests were done, as well as the only hospital in Sarawak with PET scan which helped guide mums treatment. Mum was treated compassionately with twice daily visits by Specialists and was explained her options all throughout this very stressful time. She had physiotherapy pre-op and after her procedure. Mum woke up from her anaesthetic beautifully; alert, minimal pain, no nausea / vomiting and was already walking 1 day after major open surgery and discharged after 4 days! A really big thank you to all the outstanding doctors, nurses, physio for your exceptional care my mum received, Dr Philip Kho, Dr Khor, Dr Lai, Dr Chew, Dr Chang, Dr James Law.
