I had the privilege of going through my high-risk pregnancy under the care of the amazing team at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur, and I am beyond grateful for the support, compassion, and expertise I received throughout this journey. After experiencing pre-eclampsia in my first pregnancy, I carried a lot of emotional trauma and fear into this one. But from the very beginning, Dr. Muniswaran Ganeshan (OB), Dr. Anushree Narayanan (Paediatrician), Dr. Cindy Thomas Joseph (Anaesthesiologist) provided the kind of care that helped me not only feel safe but begin to truly heal. Their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness gave me the reassurance I needed to trust the process again. As a first-time mom to a baby requiring NICU care, the complimentary breastfeeding consultation with Ms. Habibah was especially impactful. I learned proper techniques and understood the importance of breastfeeding, not just for bonding and nutrition, but also for my baby's recovery in the NICU. Being able to provide breast milk became an empowering experience that contributed directly to my baby's progress and helped me feel more connected and confident as a mother. I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the nurses in the Antenatal Ward, NICU, and especially Nurse Nana. Their gentle presence, patience, and unwavering dedication made a world of difference during my stay. They treated me not just as a patient, but as a person going through one of the most vulnerable times in life. Thanks to the incredible team at Pantai Hospital KL, this pregnancy was not just well-managed medically. It became a healing and redemptive experience. It helped me move past the fear and trauma from my previous pregnancy and embrace this journey with hope and gratitude. I will forever be thankful for that. My wife and i (we are both doctors) just had our baby born in this hospital. We were under the care of the amazing Dr Lavitha Sivapatham who went above and beyond throughout the six months of care rendered. Excellent explanations, excellent surgical skills with an invisible scar post Caesar and excellent care throughout. We had seen five different OBGs from different hospitals around Klang Valley and she was the most reassuring and confident, with glowing reviews from fellow doctors. The Anaesthetist was Dr Joseph Manavalan, very reassuring hands and a calm voice amidst stressful moments. Thank you too to our Neonatologist, Dr Anushree for the safe care of our baby girl. Wonderful staff nurses, lactation and nursery nurses and physio/ rehab of both antenatal and postnatal c3. Excellent care from beginning till the end at the billing staff. Money well spent 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I delivered at PHKL recently and had a very pleasant experience here. The dr, midwives and nurses were really helpful and they gave me a very positive birthing experience. I would also like to express my gratitude to Dr Anushree, Ms Selva and all the NICU nurses for taking great care of my baby while she was in NICU. Last but not least, a special shoutout to Ms Banu, the in-house lactation consultant of PHKL who has helped me tremendously throughout my breastfeeding journey. She has been very supportive and dedicated. She even attended to me on a public holiday to resolve my issues.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Anushree and Nurse Mala for their exceptional care and professionalism in treating my son during his recent illness. Dr. Anushree thoroughly assessed his condition, explained the diagnosis clearly, and reassured us with a well-defined treatment plan. Dr. Anushree has cared for my son since birth, when he had to be admitted to NICU for premature complications. She has always been incredibly attentive and caring. Nurse Mala is very helpful in setting up appointments with doctor, very attentive to patients need. Her gentle approach and cheerful demeanor made the experience much more comforting. Their expertise and calmness immediately put us at ease, and I highly recommend their services to any parent seeking compassionate and skilled care.

Dr Kiren is our obstetrician and gynaecologist since October 2023 and safely delivered our baby boy in May 2024. We underwent an emergency caesarean and the team including Dr Kamaljit, Dr Cindy (anaesthetist) and Dr Anushree (paediatrician) was very professional and acted promptly. We were informed the risks of the procedures and the doctors addressed our queries thoroughly. Shoutout to the lactation consultant, nurse and team especially Banu who guided us through our breastfeeding journey. We stayed 4D3N (single deluxe) at the hospital and were charged RM 25k including a 25% discount. Room for improvement when it comes to the registration, payment and administrative processes which are not streamlined especially for laboratory. My experience at the lab was bad as the same phlebotomist who drew my blood twice had caused big bruise on my arms. The waiting time for payment and pharmacy is usually long and staff could smile a little more.
