Last time was good. But now the appointment at Level 7 with Dr. Saiful is a mess. Doctor came late and made all the appointment delayed. I have been here since 9.30am, waited until 3.30pm and yet to see doctor. This happened not the first time.. Every month I came here is always terrible

The best hospital ever, 1000 stars for this hospital. I have been to other medical centers and none were satisfactory; their diagnoses were arbitrary. My niece recommended this hospital. It's far from my home, but seriously worth it. In my opinion, it's the best private hospital in Malaysia. I was admitted from Friday until now in Ward D511 under the best doctor, Dr. Saiful. My spirits have lifted after being down for a long time. The nurses are the best, kind and caring. I love this hospital. Gleneagles Hospitals prioritizes patient health over money. I should have come here earlier.

Came here to see dr Saiful but the waiting hour is crazy long. Can’t you just give the patients a waiting number so that they know when its about their turn? Asked the nurse how many more patient before me and they will just ask you to sit and wait. It’s very frustrating that I have to wait for 5 hours

Last week, I had an appointment with Dr. Saiful Kassim. The doctor informed me that I could obtain a continuous glucose monitoring device, but forgot to write it on the prescription. I tried contacting Dr. Saiful's clinic four times to request the prescription for the monitoring device. The response was unsatisfactory: 'We will contact you.' I still haven't heard back. I have been receiving treatment at this hospital for 10 years.

The worst experience and regretted my choice choosing Dr Saiful Kassim Specialist Clinics. Consultation with Dr Saiful was good. However, nurses handling patient administative matter is the worst. 1. Scheduled a confirmed appointment for FNAC procedures. Admitted Gleneagles in the morning only got to know Dr Saiful is on leave; discharged in the afternoon. Wasted my time and parking for nothing literally the whole day. No apology from the clinic nurse. Only blaming admission department and Dr Saiful for last minute extending his leave. UNACCEPTABLE! 2. Scheduled 2nd appointment. I have to keep chasing for confirmation till the day itself. NO SMS CONFIRMATION AND TIME OF MY PROCEDURES. FED UP AND move on to the next best Dr I found. 3. After a month, got to know my insurance still got pending bills with Gleaneagles on 8Oct. ON WHAT? Wasted an hour for verification again!
