First time admitted here. Previously, my children were under Dr. Masri and Dr. Shalini. This time, it was the mother's turn to fall ill due to a slipped disc and back pain issues 😅. Admitted for an RFA procedure under Dato Dr. Azmin Kass Rosman. As soon as the anesthesia wore off, I felt strange, eh, where did the pain go? I only felt tightness in my muscles. It was truly superb, Alhamdulillah. Kudos also to Datin Dr. Vanitha, who was very attentive and noticed my worries and nervousness during the briefing and consent signing, even though I've undergone three abdominal surgeries before. She was so reassuring 🥹 "Don't worry my dear, I will not leave you and will take care of you all the time during the procedure ok?" Huhu. Kudos also to the OT team who offered me to choose what music I wanted to listen to. Oh, that's possible. My initial thought was to listen to "Jodoh Lebaran," but I might start dancing, so I chose "Bohemian Rhapsody" before drifting off to dreamland 😅🤌🏻. Just wanted to give constructive feedback to the foodservice team. If possible, please don't use frozen Dory for the Grilled fish menu, especially the Grilled Teriyaki Fish. The appearance wasn't like grilled, it looked like steamed soy dory fish 😭 and it was very fishy. Please use Saba mackerel fillet. Dory has high glazing, and sometimes even after thawing, it still has a lot of water content. If you put it in a combi oven, it will end up watery instead of grilled 😂🤌🏻. I wanted grilled fish because I'm on a diet, huhu. But the Western menu was okay, delicious. Sorry if I'm a bit critical, it's because I also manage dietetics and foodservice in a hospital. Overall, kudos to the team and thank you for the care and hard work!

My 7 year old daughter admitted in KPJ Damansara2 with low spo2 and shortness in breathing. We came in emergency at night. We were under guidance of Dr. Shalini Shanmugum. I am very grateful to all the staff, sisters for quick response, they all are so genuine and polite, they will listen to you and take good care. Thank you Dr. Shalini for your quick and time to time response, answering all my doubts with patience. I felt my daughter is under safe hands. Service is very good here, room are clean. Thanks Dr. Shalini Sisters and staff. God bless all 🙏

So far all the doctors I’ve met here are kind and compassionate. Nurses and paramedics are helpful and patient too. Customer service also tip top. Keep it up! Special note to Dr Lin Shao Rou at ER who was kind and friendly to my child and called to follow up on her condition. Thank you!
