Associate Professor Dr Jessie Anne de Bruyne is a distinguished paediatric respiratory specialist with deep roots in both clinical service and academic medicine. She graduated with her MBChB from the University of Sheffield Medical School (UK), earning Distinction in Surgery, and subsequently obtained her MRCP (UK) and Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians (Edinburgh). Dr de Bruyne began her academic career at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Malaya in 1991, combining teaching, research, and clinical practice at the University Malaya Medical Centre.
