Dr. Ian was amazing with my daughter—very caring, professional, and patient. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made her feel comfortable throughout the treatment. Not forgetting the shifts nurses who was so friendly to my 5 years old daughter and took care her with love. I also want to specially thank Mr. Roshan from customer service. As I was pregnant, he went above and beyond by personally assisting us and even accompanying my daughter to the X-ray. His thoughtfulness and support made the whole visit so much easier and stress-free. Highly recommend this team for their professionalism, care, and exceptional customer service!
