      We brought our 6-month-old baby to the hospital after she was diagnosed with HFMD. She stopped eating and drinking, so Dr. Ian immediately advised admission for proper care and IV drip. Dr. Thian from the Emergency Department handled the procedure. He was very gentle when inserting the needle into her tiny hand, extremely professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly to us. His calm explanation and reassurance helped ease our worries as first-time parents in a stressful situation. Thank you, Dr. Ian and Dr. Thian, for your excellent care and compassion. Highly recommended!

      We had a great experience at Sunway Medical Centre Velocity. A huge thank you to Dr. Ian for the excellent care and professional guidance provided to my daughter. Special thanks to Nurse Angelia and Kogelavani for being so kind and patient; they really made us feel at ease during our stay. Truly appreciate the dedicated team here!
