Daughter was admitted for RSV and Dr Hew is very professional , being very patient and detailed in explaining to us about the illness and treatment. He even helped in arranging for a room for immediate treatment. Waiting time was less than 10 mins for all the consultation and test on a Tuesday afternoon. Dr Hew also checked on my girl for a several everyday (even on a public holiday) to ensure she is recovering well. Nurses team are all very friendly and polite. We were so relief knowing she would be in good hands. Cleaner also came in to collect trash 3 times a day in average and helped to clean the room too. Thanks Dr, nurses and the hospital team for your effort. Room 68 patient

Daughter admitted due to RSV. Have to isolate- room 71 Nurses are prompt to respond whenever we need them. Doctor in emergency ward are gentle, the process was fast. Doctor Hew is good and gentle as well. Explanations are clear.
