I had a pleasant experience at the hospital. Dr Vijayan (urologist) was soft-spoken and Dr Joyce (anest) was cheerful, which made me feel comfortable during the consultation & overall procedure. The nurses were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The food provided was also good. Overall, the service and care were very satisfactory. However, unable to secure a single room 2 times during my procedure. Always fully occupied😂

I would like to sincerely thank all the hospital staff throughout my admission here. The service has been excellent from the very beginning, especially the smooth admission process which made everything feel organised and reassuring. A special appreciation to my physiotherapists, Izyan and Segar, who have been incredibly supportive and patient in guiding my movements and helping me regain my strength step by step. Your encouragement truly made a difference in my recovery journey. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Fadzli from Customer Service, who has been very helpful and attentive in assisting my family throughout my admission. Your support and efficiency truly made things much easier for them during this time. Heartfelt thanks as well to all the amazing nurses and staff in Ward MD2 for taking such great care of me with kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism. I truly felt well looked after every single day. Most importantly, my deepest gratitude to Dr. Sharizan who performed my surgery with such expertise and care. Thank you for your clear explanations, reassurance, and dedication throughout the entire process. Sincere appreciation as well to Dr. Hafiz for assisting during the surgery and ensuring everything went smoothly, and to Dr. Joyce, the anaesthesiologist, for her professionalism and care in keeping me safe and comfortable throughout the procedure. Truly grateful to be under the care of such a skilled and compassionate medical team. 🙏🏼

Latest update 13 Feb 26: Being admitted again for another minor surgery with Dr. Sharizan due to slipdisc. Team up together with Dr. Joyce, Dr. Manmohan & Dr. Shantini. All the doctors are very kind & professional. They explanation given was very clear and understandable. Thank you so much to all nurses, staffs at registration counter, admission counter and discharge counter. Feel grateful and highly recommended to seek treatment here 😁👏🏻. 6 Feb 26: Kudos to team MRI & XRay under Radiology (Amalia, Yuwamalar & Maisarah). Great explanation on the procedures. I have been seeing Dr. Sharizan for the past 3 years, and I can't recommend her highly enough! She is a remarkable orthopedic doctor who truly listens to her patients and demonstrates outstanding expertise in her field. Every visit, she handles my concerns with utmost care and professionalism.Her nurse, Puan Nas, is incredibly friendly and adds a warm touch to the clinic atmosphere, making each visit more comfortable. Not forgetting the counter staff, MRI team, ward nurses, my physiotherapist (Ms Ruby) are all incredibly helpful and kind, contributing to a positive experience overall. The only downside I've encountered during my recent stay was an issue with mosquitoes from level one to the ward room, which made it difficult for me to sleep due to the bites. I hope this can be addressed for future patients. Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and I am grateful for the excellent care I receive from Dr. Sharizan, Dr Manmohan and Dr. Joyce (anaesthetic) their dedicated team!
