I had a pleasant experience at the hospital. Dr Vijayan (urologist) was soft-spoken and Dr Joyce (anest) was cheerful, which made me feel comfortable during the consultation & overall procedure. The nurses were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The food provided was also good. Overall, the service and care were very satisfactory. However, unable to secure a single room 2 times during my procedure. Always fully occupied😂

The service has been excellent from the very beginning, especially the smooth admission process which made everything feel organised and reassuring. A special appreciation to my physiotherapists, Izyan and Segar, who have been incredibly supportive and patient in guiding my movements and helping me regain my strength step by step. Your encouragement truly made a difference in my recovery journey.
