I was warded from 16–18 February under the care of Dr. Hamizah. She is a very good and professional doctor, and all explanations regarding my condition and treatment were delivered clearly and in a reassuring manner. This made me feel confident and well-informed throughout my stay. I had a very pleasant experience overall. The ward environment was comfortable, the meals provided were good, and the nursing staff delivered excellent, attentive, and caring service. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Dayana Sharena from the Accounts/Billing Department, who was very friendly, helpful, and efficient in assisting me with the billing arrangements. Her support made the entire process smooth and stress-free. In addition, the hospital provides convenient facilities such as a bank kiosk and a cafeteria, which made it easier for patients and visitors to manage their daily needs. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the quality of medical care, service, and facilities provided
