Avisena women and children is a very good hospital! I started knew and warded my daughter since 2020 (Which covid year). My daughter’s doctor is Dr Syariza. She is a really good Dr and amazing! those who are 1st time be a parents u should go to Avisena for ur kids and look for doctor Syariza. Now my 2nd baby i still went to Avisena and look for Dr Syariza. Recently my both daughter are not feeling well and on that day i wanted my both daughter to be warded at Avisena but its full so i have no choice to go to other hospital. 4 days warded with other hospital for my both girl and my 1st daughter she recover but my 2nd girl which she is still a baby and she did not recover and for us as a parents we see that she getting worst so we decided to discharge from that hospital and change to Avisena (15/11/2024) with hope that my baby Laura will get a room. Alhamdulilah everything went well and thank you registration counter at Level 10 and also Dr Syariza book us the room. The process so fast, i went to see Dr at 1030am and my girl went to neb and flushing while waiting for the room. Around 2pm admission team bring us to the room at level 16. All staff nurse at carnival ward (level 16) are amazing, helpful, and kind. They really do a great job! They never miss even single time when comes to give patient medicine, neb and check! To management Avisena Women n Children hospital I’m parents of Anna Firyal and Laura Fatima really glad to have talented and great doctor (Dr Syariza). We are really happy with the treatment and we really trust Avisena to treat our daughter. I want to give compliment to Dr Syariza n all staff nurse level 16 n they deserve an award🫶🏻 To add 1 more, please have more room in future because Avisena is getting famous 😅

Returned here after 3 years 🥲. In 2019, I came here because my youngest child had RSV. This time, my second child is unwell. I read reviews for several private hospitals around Klang Valley, and the majority reported poor service, especially after the pandemic. I felt hesitant to bring my child, but since it was an emergency, I decided to come to AWCSH. I called other hospitals, and all wards were full. I called Avisena, and they advised me to come before 12 PM. On the way, I prayed a lot for everything to be easy, and Alhamdulillah, everything went smoothly. Unexpected! Registration was fast. I barely had time to sit down before my number was called. After the check-up, we were immediately taken to the doctor's room. The doctor was very kid-friendly, even referring to herself as 'kakak' (older sister) to my child. We went to the observation room for the drip. My child just slept because they were very weak and had been vomiting non-stop. There was an empty ward when my child was in the OR, but we decided to admit the child to the ward once the GL takaful was approved. We waited almost 5 hours for the GL. We were relaxed in the OR. It was comfortable. Only the nurses and doctor seemed anxious seeing us not yet admitted to a ward 🤣😂 On the first day, my child was admitted to the HDU ward. Nurses checked on my child every hour. All the nurses were very kind. On the second day, we moved to a regular ward. It was a very comfortable single room. The best thing is I had a peaceful and stunning view for 6 days! 🥰 (facing the state mosque). Sorry, I didn't take pictures. I only posted on IG stories 🤣 Alhamdulillah. We received the best treatments and services from all the staff of AWCSH, and not to forget, of course, Dr. Shariza. Thanks a lot for everything! Recommended 🥰
