My 3-month-old baby was admitted to the Daisy Ward for 6 days. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Meena (Paediatrician) and the entire Daisy Ward team for taking such good care of my baby. A special appreciation goes to all the nurses. They were friendly, caring, and always willing to help. Their kindness, patience, and smiling faces made a difficult time much more comforting. Hats off to all of them for the wonderful job they do. The staff serving the meals were also friendly and polite. However, I feel the quality of the food could be improved, and the meal serving times should be more consistent. As this is a baby and children's ward, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness. I was disappointed to find the room cupboard full of ants. Although action was taken after I reported it, the ants returned, indicating that the issue was not fully resolved. It would also be beneficial to have a designated baby bathing area, as this is a ward for babies. This would make it much more convenient for parents caring for their little ones. Overall, I am grateful for the excellent medical care provided by Dr. Meena and the Daisy Ward nurses. I hope my feedback will help improve the facilities and experience for future patients and their families.

My daughter was transferred to the ICU for 3 days due to severe dengue with complications. It was one of the most frightening experiences our family has ever faced, but the doctor, especially Doctor Meena and nurses in the ICU gave her exceptional care. They were professional, compassionate and attentive throughout her stay. They kept us informed about her condition, answered our questions patiently and treated our daughter with kindness and dignity. Their dedication, expertise and quick actions gave us hope during such a difficult time. We are deeply grateful that our daughter has improved enough to be transferred to the normal ward. Thank you Doctor Meena, nurses and healthcare worker who cared for her. Your hard work, commitment and compassion will always be remembered by our family. We sincerely appreciate everything you have done. May you continue to bless many more patients and families with the same excellent care.

I once brought my child for hospitalization here... Daisy Ward. Alhamdulillah, everything went smoothly. My child had a cough and needed physiotherapy with suction. Thank you to Dr. Meena and the physiotherapist who performed the suction for my child.

My new born baby admitted to KPJ kajang recently due to influenza. We had very good experience here, nurses from cuties nursery are very friendly and helpful, environment here is clean and good, and also system very efficient in reporting.
