We have been bringing our childrens to Dr. Wong at Columbia Asia Hospital Puchong, starting with our eldest son and now our younger one as well. She always takes the time to listen to our concerns, explains everything clearly, and makes us feel reassured. She is also wonderful with children, making every visit comfortable and stress-free. My daughter was admitted here for 3 nights. Very impressive and quick service by hospital staff and very happy by the consultation and advice by Dr Wong. My 2-year-old child recently underwent treatment for Influenza B with Dr. Wong. For every treatment administered and every medication prescribed, he would explain it to us in detail. Additionally, he would be present every morning for a Q&A session with parents. The nurses were also very helpful and available 24 hours a day. The hospital provides an application for ordering daily meals to the room (2 meals; for patient and caregiver) with a very attractive menu (local/western). The hospital is equipped with a cafe and vending machines. Nearby the hospital, there is also a 7-Eleven, a laundry service, and a mamak stall. The double and single rooms are comfortable. Difficulty was encountered in finding a prayer room for external visitors and parking is somewhat limited. The hospital could make improvements such as selling menu items like fruits, daily necessities; tissues, and snacks.
