Dr. Lee Roy’s expertise & dedication made a significant difference in my recovery. Dr. Sharifah, my endocrinologist, provided detailed explanations and care that reassured me throughout the process. Dr. Ganesh(radiologist) performed my thyroid biopsy with great care and precision, and Dr. Ranveer (ENT specialist) was also exceptional in explaining every detail of my treatment. The entire nursing staff & administrative team were incredibly helpful. I would like to highlight administrative staff Nithya & Mr. Melvin for ensuring all administrative and insurance claims went smoothly. 2023 The environment is good, the doctors and nurses are caring and patience. My son is admitted for 3 days 2 nights, it feel like staycation more than hospitalised. The food is good and there is many choices for the menu. 2025 I’ve just received a beautiful fruit bouquet from DSH2 and Great Eastern – thank you so much for the thoughtful gesture! I had a very pleasant stay at DSH2. The care and attention I received from the medical team were truly comforting. I went to the emergency around 11pm with severe back pain and a high fever. Earlier that day, I had visited a clinic but they missed the fever and only gave me painkillers, which didn’t help. The ER doctor, Dr Shazana quickly picked up that this might not just be a back issue. She immediately ordered blood and urine tests and diagnosed a bacterial infection. Once I was started on antibiotics, the back pain I had been struggling with all day finally went away. I’m really grateful for her quick thinking and care. Thank you as well to Dr Sharifa for being so kind and gentle in explaining my condition during my stay. And to the nurses at the Premier Ward on Level 10, thank you for being so attentive and caring throughout. Overall, I had a very good experience. The team here is capable, thoughtful, and genuinely cares for patients. I would highly recommend this hospital .

My experience as a foreigner seeking treatment here: The people here are honest and kind. All the staff and doctors involved in my several follow-up appointments were truly good, and the prices are still affordable. If something urgent arises, the doctor can reply via WhatsApp, so there's no need to worry, the only potential challenge is the language barrier.
