My 5m old son just got discharged due to RSV. What can I say the service here is excellent. From registration-discharge. The staff, nurses, doctors semua baik sangat sangat. To dr izzat (ER department), syafiqh (MA), dr Syed Nazir and nurses in ward 13. Yall did a very good job! Sikit pun tak nampak buat muka masam or apa apa eventho i banyak kali panggil 😂 im so sorry for that. Thank you MSUMC!

12 July 24 admitted for dental surgery, extraction of molar and wisdom teeth under the jawbone, general anesthesia. The best hospital ever, felt like family. Thank you to the nurses of Ward 1401 who checked in frequently after surgery, chatted, and gave words of encouragement. Throughout the night, they attended to my needs without complaint and with sweet smiles. Alhamdulillah. 25 July 2024 My husband was scheduled for surgery to remove tonsils and correct sleep apnea. Once again, MSU Medical Centre delivered the best. Under Dr. Azmi ENT, pain management was excellent. Nurses were very kind, clean. Receptionist as usual, smiling and welcoming. OT nurses calmed me down because I looked sad. In the evening, Dr. Azmi visited to ensure my husband was comfortable. We have been loyal customers since the opening of MSU Medical Centre because the doctors and ward nurses provide excellent service, comfort, and a sense of security. Thank you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 March 2024 My child was admitted yesterday due to a fall at home. There was a slight issue in the emergency department, but the management there acted quickly and facilitated everything. Thank you to Dr. Imran Khan, Clinical Operational Manager, who handled the arising issue excellently. Thank you to the nurses of Ward 13A who provided 5-star care to my child. I have been loyal to MSU Medical Centre's services for 5 years because of the excellent management services from the administration, the best specialist doctors, especially Dr. Syed Nazir, my children's pediatrician. I am still following up because Dr. Syed provides the best and kid-friendly treatment for my child's health issues. In early August 2025, my 11-year-old son was admitted to MSU Hospital with symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea. It was initially suspected to be food poisoning, but after further examination, he was diagnosed with appendicitis and required immediate surgery. Alhamdulillah, the surgery went smoothly. Throughout the treatment period, we were deeply touched by the professional and empathetic care from Dr. Syed Nazir and all the nurses on the 13th floor, especially those who looked after my son. They not only treated him but also provided a sense of calm and affection that was truly heartwarming. MSU Hospital is not just a place for treatment, but a space of healing filled with hope and sincerity. Thank you once again on behalf of myself and my family.

A very friendly n great service from the customer service and all the staffs, from Ed, Radiology and in ward. Best treatment and management from Caring and loving Paediatricians Dr Syed and Dr Diana. Nice hospital ambient. Enjoyable for the sick kids also, got 2 playground inside the ward that is accessible. Highly recommended private hospital, following latest guidelines and management. 👍👍

I recently visited MSU Medical Centre and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and professional. The doctors especially Dr Syed (Paediatrician) for my kids & Dr Azhar (during myself & my husband warded due to Dengue) provide excellent care, good explanation and treat us very well. The overall service was efficient & awesome. I truly appreciate the warm and caring environment. Thank you everyone from the Registration Counter, ED, Nurses & Doctors in wards for the care.
