My admission process from ED very smooth and fast. Dr Jane Ho treats me as a patient very good. In the ward, the nurses and PCA treat me good and attended call bell immediately and rendered a nursing care very good. Dr Brian Teo give good explaination regarding the disease and treat me well. Inside the OT all the staff and doctor did good job also. Thank you for all the Timberland staff for treat me well and good during the journey of my admission.

Thank you Dr Jane Ho and Dr Tiong (Eye specialist) for the professionalism. Consultation was very detailed and doctors were very friendly. However the staff at specialist's counter was very rude and provided me very confusing information, i ended up going to and fro a few times to admin side to find out the information myself. There was also no apology given.
