I saw some negative comments from Google before I visit BMC. But for my own experience, the service here is excellent. The operator answering the phone is very kind and loving, the staffs at the registration counter are polites and the doctor at the emergency are caring and professional. Is a blessing to have these good peoples in this hospital. Big thanks to Irene the operator and Doctor Vinesh and counter staffs that I not able to get their names. Keep it up 💪

Dr Vinesh, A&E doctor, is incredibly dedicated person and kind at heart, patient can freely interact with him, gives sufficient time to the patient to express their health issues. I felt comfortable discussing my concerns regarding my son conditions. Mr Lim Meng Shi, BMC urologist, is a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor, I am grateful for the kindness and exceptional care you have shown us. Both doctor are highly recommended! 👍👍
