Waiting time for urine test- quite long. Dr.Vinesh Kumar is very friendly and approachable. The staff are very helpful too. Being treated good from the main entrance to the lobby with a customer care lady -Janet Aren Gong.

I saw some negative comments from Google before I visit BMC. But for my own experience, the service here is excellent. The operator answering the phone is very kind and loving, the staffs at the registration counter are polites and the doctor at the emergency are caring and professional. Is a blessing to have these good peoples in this hospital. Big thanks to Irene the operator and Doctor Vinesh and counter staffs that I not able to get their names. Keep it up 💪
