We had a very pleasant experience at the hospital during our recent visit. Dr. Nizar was professional, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave us great confidence and reassurance. Ms. Bharati was very accommodating upon our arrival and assisted us promptly with our room request. She was friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful throughout. Ms. Nabila from the Physiotherapy Department was also excellent, providing clear explanations and great support during the session. We would also like to commend the nurses at the Level 5 Surgical Ward for their warm hospitality and attentive care. Overall, we truly appreciate the care and service provided by the entire team.

Alhamdulillah, I have received treatment from Dr. Nizar Abdul Jalil (Pain Management). He is a very friendly doctor. His explanations about the problem I was facing and the suitable treatment were very clear. He was very professional in identifying the source of my pain. I also received excellent care from the physiotherapists, Bahirah and Nabilah, and the nurses in the surgical ward on the 5th floor. Not to forget the registration services at Zone A from Fiza, Hafida, Sheela, Connie, Hannani, Bhrati, Saratha, and Shazreen. I hope the hospital will take good care of these invaluable staff. They patiently attended to patients with smiles. The service was truly top-notch. Keep up the effort in providing the best treatment and care. I highly recommend patients to try this hospital.
