I was genuinely impressed with the overall experience. The medical care was exceptional, and the entire team—doctors, nurses, and staff—were professional, attentive, and incredibly kind. Everything was handled efficiently and with great care, which really helped ease what could have been a stressful time. The hospital itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and equipped with advanced medical technology, which gave me full confidence in the treatment I received. I have a great 4D3N stay at gleneagles Hospital, Kota Kinabalu. The Doctor espc. Dr Suriaraj was very helpfull, kind, knowledgeable, skilled. and took the time to explain all of my diagnose and also my concerns. The nurses was also very kind, softspoken, friendly and polite which making me feel very comfortable and happy to stay and threated here. I was also very surprised by the food selection here. There a variable type of food that make you feel like you are staying at a 5 Star hotel. Finally, i would like to recommend this hospital to my friends, family and colegue.
