My husband and I would like to thanks to Dr Gavin, Fenny, and all the maternity /nursery staff & labour room / OT staff for the best delivery experience during my hospitalisation in Gleneagles Kota Kinabalu. I am very satisfied with the treatment I received here, with a friendly and caring gesture from the doctor and nurses, makes me feel less anxious during the delivery process. Thank you also to Dr Mathew for looking after my baby. I very appreciate it.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr Matthew (paediatric) at Gleneagles Hospital Kota Kinabalu. The doctor was very patient, gentle, and thorough in explaining everything about my child’s condition. The nurses were friendly and made sure my little one felt comfortable throughout the visit.

My daughter was admitted here on the 5th of Februari 2026, trust me when i tell you it doesn't feel like living in a hospital, it is so comfortable that it feels like im living inside a 5star hotel room🤣 The staffs are great too. They were very efficient and have a high knowledge when it comes to their job. Plus they are so friendly with my daughter and also the parents (us). And im not just talking about the nurses and doctors, im also refering to their housekeeping, f&b and customer service. I felt like i was a vvip when treated by them🤣 I never get the chance to ask all the nurses names, but our Dr which is Dr Matthew, very kind Doctor. I love he makes us parents who are worried about our child feel safe and confident as he explains very thoroughly about our daughter's illness. I just want to say thank you to all the staffs and we are very gratefull for your care😄😄
