Had an appointment at Columbia Bukit Jalil and it was a very pleasant experience. I was attended by Dr. Arunan and assisted by Madam Vicky. Both of them were very professional, kind, and attentive throughout my visit. Dr. Arunan explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease, while Madam Vicky was extremely helpful and friendly. Truly appreciate their excellent care and service. Highly recommended!

I chose to deliver my baby with Dr. Wong Wen Hao at Columbia Asia Hospital Bukit Jalil, and I am very grateful for the experience. Dr. Wong is truly an excellent O&G doctor. He is very patient, gentle, and professional. My C-section delivery was very smooth, and I felt very reassured throughout the process. The anesthesiologist was also very gentle and helped ease my nervousness during the C-section, which I truly appreciated. The midwives in the hospital are wonderful as well. There was one young Malay midwife in particular who was very dedicated. She spent a lot of time reassuring mothers and explaining breastfeeding in detail. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to get her name, but she truly deserves to be praised for her patience and dedication. My baby developed neonatal pneumonia shortly after birth and had to stay in the hospital for a week. The pediatrician, Dr. Arunan, was excellent and took the time to explain my baby’s condition clearly and update us on his progress. I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to the nurses in the nursery who took care of my baby during his stay. They cared for him as if he were their own child. I’m sorry I didn’t manage to get their names, but they truly deserve recognition for their kindness and dedication. Overall, the hospitality of the hospital was excellent. All the staff were professional and caring. The hospital is also new, very clean, and comfortable. Parking is easy to find as well.

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Colombia Asia Bukit Jalil for the exceptional care provided by Dr. Arunan. He is an outstanding physician who truly goes the extra mile. He was incredibly patient with all our questions and continued to provide invaluable support even after we moved overseas. It is rare to find a doctor with such a high level of commitment and professional care. We are very grateful for the high standard of service we received here. The Emergency department was very good too! Tips: May call if got any available beds before admitting to the hospital.

We cannot say enough good things about Dr Arunan and his nurse, Vicky. From the moment we walk in, we feel like family rather than just another appointment on the calendar. Dr Arunan is incredibly patient, never rushes our questions, and has a wonderful way of making my son, Zayaandev feel at ease. Vicky is equally amazing she is so kind and efficient. We feel so lucky to have such a dedicated team looking after our son's health! Thank you so much.
