Dr Chai I would like to clarify that my experience with your consultation was excellent. You examined my daughter very thoroughly, and your explanation was very clear and reassuring. I truly appreciate your professionalism and care. However, I am unhappy with the assistance from CA Mira. I had clearly informed her, both verbally and through message, to pass on the information that the referral letter was related to headache, so that the diagnosis could be written accordingly for insurance purposes. Unfortunately, the message I requested to be conveyed to you was not passed on. As a result, the diagnosis was written related to my baby’s head issue, which caused my insurance GL to be rejected. Despite informing her clearly, the instruction given by the patient was not carried out. This situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience and dissatisfaction. Thank you.

Delivered my 2nd baby here, same doctor for both of my babies by gynae Dr Idora & paeds Dr Chai, the start from checkups, labor to discharge was memorable & love the service. Home Visit by Nurse Banu & Nabilah was very helpful as well for my breastfeeding journey & their details in checking overall health of me & my baby on our 2nd week post delivery.
