My first experience bringing my grandson to tis,medical centre .I really happy and admire the nurses.they are so gentle n a beautiful smile they given us.my grandson is warded because of adenovirus .And DrWong is so polite n good explanation tht we needed .We are very happy with the services they given us.And For the food section got one kind tall Indian lady give me two sets of food instead of one she scare I am hungry .really overall the staffs n Doctors are really professional.n guide u through .very clean hospital .I really very happy the services they given us.we feel really like a hum The nurses are all like Florence Nightingale..Thank you to Dr.wong n to all the Nurses.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My son recently admitted to BMTC, and I am extremely satisfied with the level of care and service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome and at ease. The facilities are top-notch and exceptionally clean. The medical team, including doctors and nurses, were knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive to my needs. They took the time to explain every procedure and ensured I was comfortable throughout my stay. One aspect that stood out was the efficiency and coordination among the staff. Despite being a busy hospital, I never felt rushed or neglected. Special thanks to Dr Wong Weng Keong and nurse Level 6 for their outstanding care and dedication. Their commitment to patient care truly made a difference in my recovery. My experience was nothing short of excellent, and I am grateful for the exceptional service provided.

I went to get consultation with Dr Wong Weng Kiong and was assisted by nurse name Sakinah. Thank you so much for still attended my daughter even thought its near to 5 pm and its tims for them to finish their shift on that day. Good job.
