The admission counter opens as early as 7 am. smooth registration process and continued to be delivered to the available room. room for single bed can only be requested upon admission. no pre book (first come first serve basis). nurses and doctors are very pleasant and make matters easier during the stay. the room is comfortable and makes it easier for caregivers to take care of patients. Dr. Tie Hieng Kai (ANAES) and Dr Nik Hisyam (ENT) is very attentive and enjoys making jokes, so I am confident in going forward with the procedure. In general, I would suggest this facility to anybody and everyone. If you are covered by medical insurance, the process of acquiring GL is also handled in a very straightforward manner.

I Had to undergo surgery regarding my sinus here, under the care of Dr Gan, ENT specialist here. One of the best doctors I’ve personally met. Treated me with really good care. Doctor Gan not only treats me well but educates me more about my situation for preventive measures in the future. Although I was on a recovering journey, it all felt quick and I’m recovered with their welcoming presence and service.

Overall all the team from this hospital was good and i'm having a great time for 4 days admitting there, all the SN Nurses ( All staff MD 1 & ICU) was very excellent in their job, Dr Gaya, Dr Tie and also all the OT team was very comforting me during my operation ^_^ Just I a little bit dissapointed for cafe team since they didn't pick up my tray each time of the meal and the trays really mess up my cardiac table.
