I fell incredibly ill and went to the emergency room. I got checked in and seated at the waiting room. They bring you into a room to do vitals and because my BP was so high and I complained about being dizzy, they brought me in immediately and did an EKG. The doctor spoke to an endocrinologist, Dr. Lim, who admitted me into the ward for four days. I received around the clock care, was fed meals, had several labs and scans done, met with the endocrinologist, cardiologist, nutritionist, and several other nurses. My experience here was top notch. The building itself seems a bit smaller and outdated compared to other hospitals but the quality of service was unmatched. Unfortunately, I could not continue my care because shortly after, my father became ill and I needed to fly home. After my care, I continued to see the doctors for a few weeks before leaving. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Just as a side note, I did not have any international health insurance so I paid for services out of pocket. For the ER, 4 days in the ward, scans, blood work, heart monitor, several doctors, and several follow up visits, medication, and follow up visits, my total out of pocket was less than $2,000 USD.

Had to come here due to high bp. I was attended by Dr Nabeel at the emergency and later by Dr Lim SS at the ward. Both doctors provided excellent consultation, were very articulate, and patiently answered all my questions. The nurses were also very attentive and caring throughout my 4-day stay in Room 2026. Overall, a good experience. Recommended!

Last month, my mum was breathless and I rushed her to Pantai Hospital Cheras. Dr. Ricky (ED medical officer) attended to her quickly and referred us to Dr. Lim Soo San, whose experience made all the difference. Dr. Teh Khai Chih also reviewed her irregular heartbeat. Mum recovered well over 5 days with oxygen, medication, and the right virus treatment. Thanks to ICU nurse team, ward nurse manager Ms. Lee & team, Puan Zurina from management, and the front desk team led by Miss Sue Imm – who promptly informed us when mum moved from ICU to the normal ward. Great to have nurses who speak different languages, so elderly patients can communicate in their mother tongue. Mum is still recovering, but the progress is clear. Highly recommend Pantai Cheras. Tqvm again!

I was under the care of Dr Lim SS during my stay here. She is a no-nonsense doctor, careful and very responsible. She even came back at night and made room visit to check on her critical patient. Customer service also good and efficient.

My physician DR Lim Soo San was on time and professional when doing her rounds. She does listen to what i requested to aid my sleep at night due to my skin irritation. I would recommend her to anykne who is admitted to hospital
