Thank you for taking care of my son when he was admitted to the hospital. Dr. Wong are very helpful and explained well my son’s condition. Also, during follow ups, he helps me to identify my son’s allergies and explained well his condition. I even consider to continue my son’s growth checkup here. 2 weeks ago, I went to bring my son to see the pediatrician there, Dr Wong. Very friendly and approachable. He's very patient and answers most of my concerns especially on my son's eczema and food allergy. Will bring for vaccination here next time as they have quite a complete list of vaccination on offer. Location: Convenient for us, within few minutes of driving. Previously we went to Gleneagles, KPJ Ampang, etc. Crowd: As it's still new, there is no long waiting list. There's plenty of seats around on the clinic floor. Parking: Ample parking space compared to other Columbia. I parked at the ground floor, but we can see that there is a multi storey parking available. Pricing: Quite affordable, comparable to other hospital-based clinics. Most important for us would be the convenience and the overall experience. No need to bear the burden of the jam to go to other hospitals. 👍🏻

My son was admitted here due to a lung infection. I give 5 stars to the emergency department, including the registration counter staff, the nurses who first checked my son, and Dr. Akmal and Dr. Faiz, who also took care of us. Later on, Dr. Wong Yee Ming, who was assigned to treat my son, came to the emergency room at night to take blood and diagnose him. Dr. Wong was kind, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He made us feel calm and took his time to explain everything to us without any rush. We are very thankful to him and pleased with his care. The food provided was great, and the people working at the Columbia Cafe were polite and amazing in making good, affordable food. The nurses who took care of us in the Level 5 wards were all kind and amazing. Thank you so much; Columbia Bukit Jalil will definitely be our choice if we ever need medical attention again.

We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Wong for his professionalism and quick action during the birth of our daughter. He immediately noticed something unusual with her breathing and took the necessary steps without delay. His ability to assess and respond so calmly and effectively in a critical situation clearly shows his experience and expertise as a paediatrician. He stayed focused on stabilizing her condition until she could be safely transferred, and throughout it all, he showed genuine care and concern. Dr. Wong is not only highly skilled but also deeply compassionate — we couldn’t have asked for a better doctor to care for our newborn. 🫶🏻
