Upon the recommendation of a close friend, I was introduced to MMC (Dr. Sevellaraja, suite 105) for my condition, adenomyosis. Throughout my HIFU treatment, Dr. Sevellaraja provided explanations that were very clear, calm, and reassuring. My experience in Ward 2B is also unforgettable, especially with Puan Suliati binti Bedol and her colleagues. They did not just perform their duties; they truly cared for patients with utmost sincerity. The way they spoke, attended to me, and gave their attention made me feel safe and calm, as if I were in the care of my own family. I was also deeply touched by how my medications were explained to me. Everything was explained in language that was very easy to understand, without confusing terminology. This greatly helped me, as a patient, to understand my own condition and the recovery process with more confidence. Not to be forgotten are the security guards, counter staff, and everyone in charge in every department, including the HIFU ward. Each one of them played a significant role in providing an extraordinary hospitality experience. Their polite, friendly, and always helpful demeanor truly reduced the fear and anxiety I felt. Overall, my experience at Mahkota Medical Centre was more than just treatment; it was a journey filled with compassion, empathy, and professionalism. In my moments of weakness and fear, their presence all provided invaluable strength and peace. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I went for HiFu procedure under Dr Selva yesterday. My procedure was successful with almost 100% of my fibroids are killed. I have fibroids which size 8cm and 7cm. HiFu procedure allows me recover faster compared to normal surgery (at least one month). No radioactive, non invasive, not open surgery. My case is difficult but with Dr Selva experiences in HiFu, my treatment was successful. Thankyou Dr Selva for the dedication of continuous learning and bought in technology from China even at the age of above 60. Because of this, I have better option. Nurses here are friendly and helpful. I am well taken care of. Thankyou very much.
