Thank you to all the staff nurses in the pediatrics ward for taking care of my child during their hospitalization there. Especially SN Syafikah, who entered my child's room hourly to ensure my child's body temperature decreased. Thank you also to the other staff for treating my child well. I have given birth at this hospital and I had the best obgyn in the world Dr Narinder, who would spend time and never was in a hurry to send you away with unanswered questions. I also commend the nurses who took care of me with extreme kindness. I am still giving it 3 stars instead of 1 only for these 2 factors. As I saw more and more specialists, I started noticing how bad the service really was. Each doctor had only a few minutes for you, few even have a set timer of 2-3 minutes. I am not kidding. What kind of service do we get for so little amount of time? No questions asked, none to be answered. And mind you, the hospital charges lots of money. We as patients feel disrespected and disappointed, we are not money bags! We are humans and want to be treated with care, given good amount of time to be taken care of. I know it came after new management and it upsets me that I had to leave this hospital's service and choose a new one with a more caring attitude to patients. As for the birth experience it was good, nurses were helpful and my obgyn was amazing. However some nurses did not have enough knowledge about breastfeeding which is pretty basic for health professionals. My concerns as a new mother were not solaced. So all in all I am grateful to this hospital for the good experience it gave me and I feel disappointed in quite many aspects of patient care.

The staff at Paediatric ward was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Lam Wai Wah was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns.
