I’m very thankful for the excellent care given by the pediatric specialist (Dr Azween). My child had eczema for quite some time, and now it has completely recovered. Dr Azween was extremely kind, friendly, and very detailed in explaining everything 🥰 The consultation did not feel rushed at all — we spent almost an hour in the room, and Dr patiently answered all my questions and concerns. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had. First time im going to BTMC. Surprisingly service very good. Ive clueless when i arrived just now but all staff very helpfull. I came here to do consultation for my son. I go met with Dr Azween Paedriatician, very full of new knowlegde i got when consult with her. No awkward feeling, very transparents and the info is VERY CLEAR! This year, early 2026, both of my kids got RSV virus. Alhamdulillah, get well treated by Dr Nurul Azween, from Paed department. Dr Azween was a nice Doctor with good explaination about the treatment and the virus. Not to forget, the nurses & other staff incharge were so kind and helpful. The room/ward were always in good and clean condition. Thank you so much BTMC for good experienced!

Travel from JB just for RSV and influenza vaccines with Dr Nurul Azween. She the sweetest. Patiently listened to our concerns and advise accordingly. Recommended.
