This was my first time checking in at this hospital. It was also my first time meeting pediatrician Dr. Nurul Azween. She is such a nice doctor. She answered everything I asked and also explained things I didn't even ask about. She's truly excellent! It's really hard to find doctors like this nowadays... All the staff nurses were very helpful and not arrogant. Thank you, BTMC!

This year, early 2026, both of my kids got RSV virus. Alhamdulillah, get well treated by Dr Nurul Azween, from Paed department. Dr Azween was a nice Doctor with good explaination about the treatment and the virus. Not to forget, the nurses & other staff incharge were so kind and helpful. The room/ward were always in good and clean condition. Thank you so much BTMC for good experienced!
