I recently brought my 4½-year-old child to see Dr. Sharifah Aida for a developmental assessment, and I can honestly say it was the most informative and reassuring consultation we have had. Dr. Sharifah Aida created such a comfortable and non-judgmental environment that I was able to openly share all of the challenges our family has been facing, our concerns about our child, and even the possible contributing factors at home. What impressed me most was how comprehensive the consultation was. She did not simply focus on our child, but looked at the family as a whole and provided practical, evidence-based guidance on the changes we, as parents, could make to better support our child's development. After the consultation, we received a detailed and comprehensive report that summarised the assessment and included valuable recommendations that we could immediately begin implementing. It has become an excellent reference for us moving forward. Having attended several consultations elsewhere in the past and often leaving feeling dissatisfied or with more questions than answers, this experience was completely different. It was, without question, the most insightful and helpful assessment we have received. This was my first time bringing my child from Aceh to KL, and I chose Hospital Sentosa. Alhamdulillah, I was welcomed with warmth and friendliness. Everything was assisted and made easy until completion. No appointment was needed; we came on the day and received immediate attention from Nurse Wani until the end. My child was treated by Dr. SHARIFAH AIDA ALHABSI. Alhamdulillah, Dr. Aida is very kind and intelligent. My child felt comfortable and calm, and the check-up process became quick because Dr. Aida is very good at winning over children. My child's complaint here was speech delay, requiring a hearing test. This hospital is very well-equipped with audiology facilities, which expedited the examination results on the same day, within just a few hours. Thank you Nurse Tila for recommending Doctor Sharifah Aida as our peads doctor although you are currently on medical leave. She has been amazing with our little Isaac and have patiently explain the progress of our little baby. She was very gentle with him especially while he got his vaccination and have put us at ease on what to expect and monitor his growth. I’m thoroughly happy with the service here.

Paediatric Ward My 5m.o son was admitted from 26th to 28th August 2024 due to Pneumonia. He was attended by Dr Hjh Sharifah Aida that was very attentive and doing so great in patient management. Overall the hospitalisation journey was awesome, Paed Nurse Afifah that I really remember and other nurses including Sister in charge, Physiotherapist Ms Tan and team, kitchen staff are all kind, professional and helpful. Everyone in this Hospital, from registration to the ward was giving their great service to us. Will definietly recommend this Hospital to my family and friends for future treatement service.
