I came to see Dr. C K Ranjeev for an colonoscopy consultation. Very detailed & professional explanation by Dr. C K Ranjeev. The receptionists & nurses are also very helpful in explaining the insurance and payment procedure. The only things to improve - 1. Lack of parking in the hospital premise 2. Waiting time is slightly long, appointment made for 1140AM but only saw the doctor at 1230PM. Overall pleasant experience.

Came to consult Dr Ranjeev, he is a very professional and very friendly Dr. The nurses in clinic also very good and polite. Also, Ms Ng Vi Voon in Admission counter assist me in insurance application, her services is extremely good. Another good thing about her is she can communicate fluently in chinese and hokkien.

My first time being hospitalized. The nurses are friendly and provide excellent service. They are very prompt in their service . Dr Ranjeev and Dr Darma are very reliable.

The staffs at Doctor's Ranjeev clinic, namely Nurul , Reena and Siti are courtesy and helpful to all patients at their clinic
