2nd time warded at msu. We like the environment and service from emergency department until ward 13A all are good. 2nd time with doctor diana too. Nurses and doctors very friendly.

A very friendly n great service from the customer service and all the staffs, from Ed, Radiology and in ward. Best treatment and management from Caring and loving Paediatricians Dr Syed and Dr Diana. Nice hospital ambient. Enjoyable for the sick kids also, got 2 playground inside the ward that is accessible. Highly recommended private hospital, following latest guidelines and management. 👍👍

I came here as the famous private hosp at Shah Alam city centre was full for my son ward admission. Never knew about this place until I Googled. 1st impression, very convinient parking, many security officers, professional staff during registration and treatment. Then proceed with ward admission which was similarly smooth. Ward also in good condition. 100% kids friendly, with in house playground, almost like paid one in shopping mall. No need to worry on fnb part, in hospital connected to MSU campus which have food courts, also plenty of nice 24hrs mamak and malay food within less than 100m. Patient's food was ok, like any private hosp. Dr attended was highly professional (Dr Diana) and nurses were very close to my son. Felt like home. 5 Star and hope can maintain the service moving forward.

First time admitted to MSU Medical Centre. Alhamdulillah, the service from the staff and doctors was excellent. From the emergency department to Ward 13B, everyone provided the best service. The ward was very satisfactory, and the service provided was satisfactory. Detailed check-ups were conducted to find the real cause. I, along with my child, were admitted under Dr. Rohaya. I was diagnosed with Influenza B positive, and my child also tested positive for Influenza B. Thank you to the team at Ward 13A and the staff at MSUMC, from admission at the Emergency Department until discharge, you were truly the best. My child was also happy at 13A, even though they were sick. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, even though we were placed in an isolation room for the 3 to 4 days I was admitted with my child. Good team and job, 5 stars. The food portions for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner were plentiful.
