Hello. I am the mother of Ahmad Qalish, a patient who was admitted to the ward from Wednesday, 4 March until today for six days due to bronchitis pneumonia. Throughout this period, I found that Dr. Diana was very attentive, competent, and decisive in providing the appropriate treatment for my son. She carefully assessed the effectiveness of each medication, and whenever a particular treatment did not show sufficient improvement, she promptly adjusted it to a more effective option. In terms of facilities, the nurses and administrative staff were also very supportive, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for the care and dedication shown to my child. Please continue providing the best possible treatment and service to all patients.

Went to ER and warded in both Jan and Feb 2026. Both of the experiences were pleasant. The ER staffs were very helpful. Baby boy was assigned to Dr Diana, which a very helpful and informative paed doctor. She explained and cared for my boy thoroughly. The ward nurses too were very kind and attentive to every needs. We're very thankful for the experiences.

This is the first time I was admitted for myself- referred by Dr. Norma. Before this my son was admitted twice and referred by Dr. Diana and my Husband admitted once and referred by Dr. Azmi. We are so lucky to have such lovely and friendly doctors. The nurses and doctors are genuinely friendly, humble, and polite, making every interaction pleasant. The single-room ward offers a cool, comfortable atmosphere, spacious, and utmost convenience. Additionally, the hospitality is exceptional, and the cleanliness standards are top-notch. They have a recliner chair and a sofa bed, so it's too comfortable for the patients to sit and enjoy the night view. This makes our minds calm. Highly recommended Dapat kurma even though I am a Non-Muslim. The staff at Rehabilitationare are also very friendly and humble. I felt bad giving them a lot of work during this Ramadan time but they didn't show any tiredness and were very strong with their responsibility. In other hospitals, we need to walk into the Pharmacy counter to collect the medicines upon discharge but in this MSU they come to our room and hand over the medicines. That was quite impressive. This shows how they really care for their patients. Potters are available upon request. 💯💯💯💯

2nd time warded at msu. We like the environment and service from emergency department until ward 13A all are good. 2nd time with doctor diana too. Nurses and doctors very friendly.

A very friendly n great service from the customer service and all the staffs, from Ed, Radiology and in ward. Best treatment and management from Caring and loving Paediatricians Dr Syed and Dr Diana. Nice hospital ambient. Enjoyable for the sick kids also, got 2 playground inside the ward that is accessible. Highly recommended private hospital, following latest guidelines and management. 👍👍
