Assalamualaikum and greetings. I have feedback regarding my child's experience during their inpatient stay at KPJ Ampang Puteri. 1. The Emergency Medical Officers, Dr. Khairil and Dr. Fatimah, were excellent and thorough in their explanations about my child's illness. 2. The admission staff, Ms. Lena, was very kind, friendly, polite, and treated us very well. The admission process was smooth. 3. The front desk staff were also very welcoming, always smiling, friendly, and answered my many questions. Thank you, Mr. Harraz. 4. All the staff on the 6th-floor pediatrics ward were great, kind, friendly, and treated my child well. Thank you so much. 5. Thank you to the staff who delivered the food, Mira, who was willing to change my child's meal, going back and forth, because my child is allergic to certain foods. Thank you. 6. Thank you to Dr. Wong for treating my child until they recovered. 7. There are many coffee options around the hospital, which I really enjoyed. 8. The hospital is clean, fragrant, and comfortable. 9. The surau (prayer room) is also clean, the prayer garments are fragrant, cool, and comfortable. 10. All the security personnel and cleaners were friendly and kind. Overall, the inpatient stay here was excellent. Thank you for your hard work!

Good services if you can afford it or got insurance. No parking discount or rebate even if you’re warded patient guardian. The food at cafeteria is also tasty. For lunch better go early before 1pm otherwise not kuch food is left. Recommended Paeditrician - dr wong yoke peng.
