The Emergency Medical Officers, Dr. Khairil and Dr. Fatimah, were excellent and thorough in their explanations about my child's illness. 2. The admission staff, Ms. Lena, was very kind, friendly, polite, and treated us very well. The admission process was smooth. 3. The front desk staff were also very welcoming, always smiling, friendly, and answered my many questions. Thank you, Mr. Harraz. 4. All the staff on the 6th-floor pediatrics ward were great, kind, friendly, and treated my child well. Thank you so much. 5.
