Special thanks also to Dr. Vinayaga Moorthy (Orthopedic Specialist) who successfully managed my torn shoulder muscle surgery. After a year, I am now in a positive recovery phase. Furthermore, the hospital's attentiveness was evident when Ms. Sharifah from the Customer Service unit visited and attended to me today, even presenting a pen as a souvenir. I visited Pantai Hospital for a leg check-up at both the Neurology and Orthopaedic departments. I was treated by Dr. Jayaganth and Dr. Vinayaga Moorthy—both of whom were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They took the time to explain my leg condition clearly and made sure I understood every detail, which gave me great confidence and peace of mind. The hospital staff were equally friendly and caring throughout my visit. I would also like to commend Mr. Mohammad Izzat from the customer service team. He was extremely helpful, approachable, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Overall, I had a very positive experience at Pantai Hospital. The level of care and professionalism from both the medical team and support staff was excellent. I highly recommend this hospital for anyone in need of quality medical services.

Great and fast service from the emergency department. It made my admission to the ward process easier. Dr. Moorthy is also excellent in terms of treatment. The ward is comfortable and the service from the ward 2 staff nurses is fast. Thanks also to Izzat from customer service for coming to the ward to check on me; his service was also good.
