1. Dr. Vinayaga Moorty was very good, kind, and caring throughout my treatment. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. 2.In Ward 1, staff nurses Hafiza and Usha were extremely helpful and attentive. They regularly refilled warm water for me and showed genuine care and concern for my comfort and recovery. 3.Raj, the Customer Service Ambassador, came to visit me and checked on my well-being, which I truly appreciated. 4.Overall, the Ward 1 staff were very kind, supportive, and professional, and they made my stay pleasant and reassuring.

I have received good treatment from Dr. Moorthy and nurse Ila is also good. The environment is ok. Ambassador Izat is also very helpful. Overall I am satisfied.
