It was my first day at Island Hospital, and I saw Dr. Choong. During payment, I wanted to use QR scan, but unfortunately it was unsuccessful. The cashier humbly suggested trying a credit card, debit card, or cash. I chose my debit card, but my first attempt didn’t go through, and I felt anxious. She calmly reassured me, saying we could try again. I tried again with my debit card in Malaysian Ringgit, but it still wasn’t successful. I even counted my cash, but it wasn’t enough. She kindly said no worries, we can try again. Finally, the payment went through. The cashier at the counter beside the numbering machine Ms Nur Azrin, with a dimple, was kind and patient throughout the whole process she truly made my day. Excellent service!

We were treated by Dr. Choong Chee Liang, a pediatric gastroenterologist. Dr. Choong is the best doctor I have ever met. He provides clear explanations, is very friendly and humble, and is highly knowledgeable in pediatric gastroenterology.
