Alhamdulillah..first experience at PHSP... Challenging to wait for GL Insurance. But the staff is very caring and provides 5 star service. Dr Tan Teong Beng is a warm, friendly person and makes our affairs here easy. The staff of ward 103 also all provided the best service when my husband was sick in the middle of the night. Ms Sharifah Customer Services was friendly and served us and asked if there were any unresolved problems. There was only one problem, which was parking. I got turned around 6 or 7 times, had to park at the shop building across the street. I hope this good service continues until the future and PHSP Aman Jaya becomes the private hospital of choice for many..
