Thank you Prof Dr Imelda Balchin, Prof Dr Rashdan Zaki, Afiqah, Azrene, Syamiera & the KPJ Damansara Specialist 2 team for the best and painless labor experience. After confirming pregnancy last year, we immediately decided to have check-ups with Dr. Imelda because we wanted the best gynecologist to care for this pregnancy and avoid any birth trauma. We initially decided on a normal delivery, but during the final check-up, due to a few risks, the doctor decided on a Cesarean section at 37 weeks. Mommy was already worried because she had previously undergone surgery for an endometriotic cyst, which was very painful even though it was a minimally invasive procedure. This time, a Cesarean section was even more daunting. But surprisingly, labor with Dr. Imelda was not painful, everyone. The morning after, after the catheter was removed, I could walk normally, go for a shower, and even walk to the nursery to see the baby. The food here is also all delicious. Alhamdulillah 🥰

This was the second time my son was admitted at KPJ Damansara 2, and this time the experience was excellent compared to the first. We were under the care of Paediatrician Dr. Rashdan, who is extremely good, very detailed, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave us a lot of reassurance as parents. The nurses were very warm, kind, and attentive, which made a big difference to our overall experience and helped my son feel more comfortable throughout his stay. The hospital hospitality was excellent, and we felt well taken care of at all times. Special thanks to En. Azrol, who always delivered our meals with kindness and a warm attitude. The food deserves a special mention. The menu was very tempting! The bubur lambuk was especially memorable and became my son’s favourite. He also really enjoyed the pasta. Even the rice was beautifully presented in cute dolphin and whale shapes, which truly made mealtimes fun and comforting for a child. Overall, we are very grateful for the care, attention, and thoughtful touches provided by the team at KPJ Damansara 2. Highly recommended.

I give 5 stars rating for everything and everybody in this hospital. Everyone is very friendly and helpful: the guards, nurses, MO, staffs, and also the doctor who treated my daughter, Dr Rashdan and his PA, Puan Thuwaibatul. I want to thank Puan Thuwaibatul for assisting me without any hesitation eventhough it was after office hour. Dr Nadia at Emergency responded greatly and carefully treat my daughter before we headed to the ward. Dr Rashdan even came to see my daughter right after that (it was late at night), explain all the lab results and future treatment for my daughter. Handling 2 year old PKP baby is not easy. My daughter cries everytime doctors or nurses came near her. I really appreciate everyone’s efforts and patience to get to her without seeing her screaming. The nurse at ER even gave her some unicorn stickers to keep her quiet. Suprisingly it works. 😂 The hospital is very new and has been operating for less than a year. The interior design is pretty amazing. Just like a 5 stars hotel. The 10th floor premier ward is very spacious and the best part is they provide youtube and netflix on the tv. The food is delicious too. Overall, we had a good experience in this hospital. Great job KPJ2, Dr Rashdan and the team. 👍👍👍

Alhamdulillah finally I’ve met the perfect doctor for my kids. DR RASHDAN . The most informative/gentle/friendly consultant ( paediatrician) in KL I believe. He even came to see/examine my kid at ED during late night (even not during his oncall time) . Rarely to see drs will do like what he does . MasyaAllah . Keep it up dr . Semoga Dr terus ikhlas & kuat . This is the 5 times I’m here I guess . The hospitality accommodations 💯! Came to hospital like beeing in the 5 stars hotel ( to be honest )

I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Dr. Rashdan for his truly outstanding care. He is incredibly friendly, gentle, and genuinely loving towards children. The way he treated my child as if he were his own son really touched our hearts. His attention to detail, patience, and willingness to be reachable anytime gave us so much comfort and confidence. Doctors like him are truly rare. My heartfelt gratitude also goes to his amazing assistant, Puan Thuwaibahtul Aslamiah Azmi. Her kindness, sincerity, and readiness to help us often beyond her job scope made every visit feel warm and reassuring. Her compassion is something you don’t find everywhere. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Nurse Anissa, who has been equally kind and welcoming. She treated us with such gentleness, always making sure every step of our experience was smooth and comforting. Honestly, my experience being with Dr. Rashdan, Puan Thuwaibahtul, and Nurse Anissa feels like being part of one happy family here at KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital 2.Their warmth, sincerity, and genuine care are unmatched.
